Refund Policy

At Kalpora, we provide a free trial with 80 credits to help users evaluate our AI-powered platform before making a purchase. This allows users to test our image and video generation capabilities—such as turning product photos (like dresses) into model images or portraits—before committing to paid credits.

All purchases of wallet credits are non-refundable under normal circumstances. Once credits are used to generate content, the associated transaction is considered final.

1. Exceptions & Technical Issues

Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Credits were deducted but the generation failed due to a technical error
  • Generated output was completely blank, corrupted, or non-functional
  • There was a system outage or service downtime preventing credit usage

In such cases, you may raise a refund or credit restoration request. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility.

2. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, we will either:

  • Restore the affected credits to your Kalpora wallet, or
  • Process a full or partial refund to your original payment method

Approved refunds will be processed / credited to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

  • Date and time of the issue
  • Description of the issue and screenshot(s) if available

4. Final Note

Due to the nature of AI-generated visuals, results may vary depending on the input images provided. Dissatisfaction with the visual style, pose, or model appearance alone does not qualify for a refund unless the result is technically invalid.
