Refund Policy

Every new Kalpora account gets 100 free credits, so you can try our image, video and invitation tools before you buy.

Credits are how you pay for everything on Kalpora: generating images, videos and invitations, exporting a finished project, keeping a website online, and the posts business agents make. You can buy credits as one-time packs, or every month on a plan paid by UPI autopay, which renews until you cancel it.

All purchases of wallet credits are non-refundable under normal circumstances. Once credits are used to generate content, the associated transaction is considered final.

1. Exceptions & Technical Issues

When a generation fails for a technical reason, the credits it used are returned to your wallet automatically. Refunds may also be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Credits were deducted, the generation failed due to a technical error, and they were not returned
  • Generated output was completely blank, corrupted, or non-functional
  • There was a system outage or service downtime preventing credit usage

In such cases, you may raise a refund or credit restoration request. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility.

2. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, we will either:

  • Restore the affected credits to your Kalpora wallet, or
  • Process a full or partial refund to your original payment method

Approved refunds will be processed / credited to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:

  • Your registered email address
  • Date and time of the issue
  • Description of the issue and screenshot(s) if available

4. Final Note

Due to the nature of AI-generated visuals, results may vary depending on the input images provided. Dissatisfaction with the visual style, pose, or model appearance alone does not qualify for a refund unless the result is technically invalid.
