Kalpora uses artificial intelligence to generate model images and portrait-style visuals based on your uploaded product photos. The final output may vary depending on the input quality and system limitations.

We do not guarantee exact likeness, facial features, or fashion styling in the generated content. The generated outputs are for personal or commercial use, subject to your responsibility for how the images are used.

All underlying technology, algorithms, and platform content belong to Kalpora. You retain ownership of your original uploaded images, while Kalpora retains rights to the generated content for technical improvement, moderation, or showcasing (only if you provide consent).

Kalpora operates on a credit-based usage model. Users can sign up for free and receive trial credits to explore the platform. Additional credits can be purchased to unlock more generations.

It is your responsibility to maintain your account credentials and credit balance. Misuse of credits or account-sharing may lead to suspension.

You may not:

• Upload content depicting nudity, violence, or any form of abuse
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the platform
• Use generated images in a misleading or defamatory manner

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the platform inappropriately.

Kalpora is not liable for any damages arising from use or misuse of generated images. Outputs are AI-generated and may occasionally include inaccuracies or unintended styles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
